Carrie Chino Charlie (1925-2012) was a daughter of Marie Z. Chino and learned the fine art of traditional pottery making from her. She started making pottery in the 1940s and is best known for her contemporary and traditional whiteware with fine line and black-on-white designs. She also made some beautiful polychrome jars and bowls over the years.
