Violet Huma seems to have been a Hopi-Tewa potter active from the 1960s to the 1980s. Some say she lived from 1930 to 1982. But then some say she was from Second Mesa while others say she was from First Mesa. Either way, Violet seems to have preferred making traditional forms abd painting them with traditional decorations.
